OHI Facilitators

The Organizational Health Index (OHI) survey, which is facilitated every few years by McKinsey & Company, is a snapshot of the organizational health at all levels of the agency. To help educate and interpret these OHI scores these OHI Facilitators briefed 140 offices across the NWS on their individual office or regional/center scores. And while this team helped to increase awareness of OHI, they armed approx. 650 managers/staff with the tools necessary to take those next steps in improving organizational health and culture.
