In an effort to sustain and improve the organizational health across our agency, the above charter establishes a network of champions to support agency-wide efforts, from the grassroots to the top levels of leadership that align with the Blueprint. This network will work together to promote and support initiatives that improve the employee experience and ensure we remain aligned around our vision of a Weather Ready Nation.

The Tiger Team Task Force and the Diversity Management Council help drive action associated with Organizational Health across the agency.
The Tiger Team Task Force is charged with implementing the remaining Tiger Team recommendations.

A council that will support NWS Leadership in creating an environment for employees that is safe, inclusive, and conducive to the recognition, development, promotion, and utilization of all abilities, skills and knowledge.
