Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder exhibit behaviors in two main categories including poor sustained attention and hyperactivity-impulsivity. The three types of ADHD are predominant inattentiveness, predominantly hyperactivity-impulsive and combined types. Individuals with this diagnosis may have trouble paying attention to tasks, trouble controlling impulsive behaviors, or be overly active.

Purpose: Supporting self-regulation in order to meet their goals and tasks which support overall well-being.
Instructions and Material: The sheets given here and a pencil/pen. The blue zone describes a low state of alertness, green zone describes ideal state of alertness, yellow zone describes a heightened state of alertness and the red zone describes an extremely heightened state of alertness.
Rationale & Impact on Function: Allows individuals to express their emotions and rationalize their feelings so that they are able to understand different triggers. It builds self-awareness in body signals as they relate to emotions.
