Lead by the Lionhart Family, the Ebudæ District hosts the oldest remnants of civilization, some even predating the Great Freeze and Doctrine War. It is a land rich with agriculture and cultivation, providing most of Caledonia with it's food supply.
With such fertile earth surrounding the district, many have claimed that this was the very spot where Oryn himself landed and birthed the mortal human race. While others insist that was a rumor started by the Lionhart Family to increase their own prestige.
Ebudæ is a blended mix of modern infrastructure and ancient ruins, it is very common to see both structures intermingled haphazardly in the environment. Due to this, there have been more recent attempts to try and preserve the remaining ruins by the Historical Society. This tends to frustrate most of the general populace, who were doing just fine without some out of touch snobs from the Capital, butting in to tell them how to take care of their land and heritage.
A city built into the surrounding cliffs, Tarzon is an ancient establishment built from pure determination and stone. Inhabiting an arid climate, trees and wood were considered too precious of a resource to build with.
Bordering the channel from where the Sea of Serpents flows into the Sea of Mazarine, Tarzon mainly exports fruits, nuts, and other forms of produce.
It's not a popular tourist trap compared to it's sister cities, but the tranquil and slow environment only contributes to Tarzon's charm.
One of the oldest cities of Caledonia, Odleon predates the empire by several hundred years. It is the ancestral home of the Lionhart Family, and proudly displays it's rich history.
It's a port town that specializes in fishing and refining exports. Odleon mixes it's modern and historical aspects freely, it is very common to see ruins next to a hotel or grocery store. This isn't to say the civilians disrespect their heritage, rather they incorporate it casually.
The city borders on the Sea of Serpents, and meets the ocean with sheer drops and cliffy beaches.
The hub of naval transport between the districts of Ebudæ, Caledonia, and Khartoum, the Sea of Mazarine is a turquoise blue calm body of water.
Marble cliffs and cave systems are a common sight on it's shores due to the strong mineral deposits. It is a popular beach spot due to it's clear water and aesthetic coastlines.
Half sunken ruins are another common sight along the cliffy shores of Mazarine. Ship wrecks are also fairly common, and there are several popular dive spots marked on local maps.
A giant chasm cutting across the surface of Terr-Oryn. It is impossibly deep, and incredibly wide; making it a popular tourist destination. Many species of reptiles & Wyverns make their homes here, so it is not recommended to hike without a guide.
There are ancient ruins of cities covering the cliff's face. The date to years before the Doctrine War and Great Freeze. The structures are fully explored; all their artifacts are displayed at a local museum. Several of the ruins used to be overrun with Wyverns, but they have disappeared as of late.
