Rental Rules
Renting is NOT required to play at Mercy. There are several places to 'live' that are furnished and you may rent for 20L a week for 10 prims to personalize it some, or at least be able to rez things on land to unpack. You can also say you live somewhere too, you never have to pay to play! Please remember that!
Those who wish to rent their own place can do so. All rentals are 2 L per prim and the prim allowance is set by the size of the dwelling.
There is no cooking inside homes, fires are only permitted in winter during cold evenings. So don't worry about spending prim count on a stove or fireplace.
More prims may be available for renters on a case-by-case basis (pretty much reasonable bumps when we have available prims)
No outside decoration unless on a porch or patio is allowed.
Horse rezzers are available that can be used whenever you wish. If you rez your own (or anything outside your dwelling) please pick it up when you are done.
No heavily scripted items. Let's keep the lag low! You may be asked to remove things that are heavily scripted.
