What is available and not available to Mercy?

No cell phone or any communication devices. Feel free to roleplay working on technology for short distance communication.
No automobiles or gas-powered anything. Horses are the method of transportation most utilized.
Electricity is not available at this time. Mercy had it until about 12 years ago... could it come back?
Steam power has been used by the Towers and may be finding its place in Mercy with their help. Steam power is limited to the Weapon's guild at this time.
Alcohol is brewed by the Collective, if interested in having a still, please roleplay with the Collective or proceed at your own risk.
Metals are available, usually within the confines of the mining/scavenger. We can always roleplay out trading for things or even roleplay an expedition to scavenge items when we need large quantities. Our Miners can mine Malachite (copper) and Galena (lead) at this time. Use common sense... if you are a jeweler, would you have enough gold on hand to make a ring, necklace or watch? Probably, would you be able to churn out multiple ones at a time? No. If you are building something that would require a great deal of metal, send in a story request to scout for it or come about it. We want to have reasons to Roleplay with one another!
Wood and charcoal are available from the Union and unless a huge project, can be used assumed available to trade for. For larger needs, send in a story request
Lots of sand around! So feel free to make bricks and such out of it without worry.
