The staff at Mercy is kept small, our two admins work together with the rest of the staff to ensure a fair and fun environment and take any complaints of harassment or breaking our rules very seriously. Our admins will not be on the council of Mercy, though if no other representation is available in their faction, may need to attend only for that reason. We decided not to worry about roles, instead, we are all here to help or listen to issues, routing things to the appropriate person to speak to. Discord groups can be found in the HELP channel to ask specific questions or ask for staff to reach out to you.
