1) Soak 500 - 600 ml of beans over night with 2 bay leaves, salt, and cumin
2) Strain the beans and add the soaked beans to the slow cooker with the following ingredients
1 x 500 ml can of tomato sauce or puree
2 x 250 ml can of diced tomatoes or one cup of diced tomatoes
1 x 250 ml can of mushrooms
250 ml of frozen corn
2 diced yellow onions
2 diced bell peppers
1 bulb of minced garlic
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Paprika or Chili Powder
1 tsp Cilantro
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 veggie bullion cubes
500 ml of water
3) Set the slow cooker to 8 hours on low
