Ingredients
Aquafaba from one jar or can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans (strain the beans and use the beans in another recipe - For non-vegan recipes, use one whole egg.
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
250 ml oil (sunflower or olive)
Instructions
Add the ingredients with half of the oil in a tall thin container.
Use an immersion blender to blend the ingredients.
Slowly add more oil and move the blender up and down.
Continue to add oil until you get the desired thickness (the more oil you add, the thicker it becomes).
