Ingredients
1 Yellow Cooking Onion (Cubed)
6 - 8 Cloves of Garlic
2 cups of sliced and seeded habanero peppers or other desired hot peppers
200 ml of white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cilantro
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
Add the onion, garlic, and peppers to a pot and fill with water just until everything is covered (remember to use gloves when handling hot peppers).
Simmer on low until the red peppers turn orange and the onions and garlic are soft.
Add the paprika, cilantro, and garlic powder.
Transfer to a blender and add the vinegar.
Blend on high until smooth.
Optional - once blended, you can strain the hot sauce through a cheesecloth
Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
