Ingredients
one red onion thinly sliced
125 ml of white wine vinegar
125 ml of water
1 tbsp white sugar or maple syrup
1 tsp salt
Instructions
heat the water and vinegar on the stove
add the sliced onion to a 480 ml mason jar with the salt and the sugar
when the water and vinegar is near boiling, pour in the mason jar.
stir or add the lid and shake
when cool, refrigerate
