Ingredients
1/2 diced yellow onion
6 - 8 minced cloves of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of chili powder
125 ml of water
1 bouillon cube
125 ml flour
Instructions
add the onion and garlic to the oil and simmer on low until soft
stir in the paprika and chili powder
make a slurry by mixing the bouillon cube, water, and flour
add the slurry to the pan with the other ingredients
add salt and pepper to taste.
transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
add to cooked potatoes and store the rest in a glass jar in the refrigerator
