2 tablespoons brown, white or yellow mustard seeds (optional)
1/4 cup dry mustard powder
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon coarse salt or to taste
Instructions
If adding mustard seeds, first, put them in a spice grinder as desired
Mix the other ingredients in a small bowl and then transfer to a pot once combined
Simmer on low until the mustard thickens
Transfer to a small mason jar to keep in the fridge
