Ingredients
1 cup vegan butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
¼ cup plant milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1½ cups vegan chocolate chips
Optional:
chopped nuts
sea salt flakes
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix vegan butter and sugars until creamy.
Add plant milk and vanilla. Stir well.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop dough balls onto baking tray.
Bake for 10–12 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving.
