RESPONSES
(A mí) me gusta + verb ending in -R
Examples
Me gusta leer. - I like to read.
Me gusta estudiar. - I like to study.
Grammar Note: Use the verb form "gusta" followed by an action verb ending in R.
OTHER RESPONSES - Agreeing with someone else's opinion
Me too / Me neither:

QUESTIONS - Asking about specific activities
If you want to ask whether someone enjoys a specific activity, then you could use this structure:
¿Te gusta + [verb ending in -r]?
¿Le gusta + [verb ending in -r]?
Examples:
¿Te gusta leer? - Do you like to read?
¿Te gusta estudiar? - Do you like to study?
¿Le gusta viajar? - Do you like to travel?
Important Grammar Note: "Te gusta" is the familiar form, while "Le gusta" is the formal one-- when talking to an "usted."
POSITIVE RESPONSES (from strongest to weakest)
Sí. Me encanta. - Yes. I love it.
Sí. Me gusta mucho. - Yes. I like it very much.
Sí. A mí me gusta + [verb ending in –r]
Example: Sí. A mí me gusta leer. Yes. I like reading.
Sí. A mí me gusta bastante - Yes. I like it a fair bit.
Sí. A mí me gusta un poco - Yes. I like it a little.
NEGATIVE RESPONSES - Stating you don’t like doing an activity (from more diplomatic to direct)
Yo prefiero + [verb ending in –r] - I prefer to....
(A mí) Me gusta + [verb ending in -r] - I like to...
(A mí) No me agrada + [verb ending in -r] - I don't enjoy ....
(A mí) No me gusta + [verb ending in -r] - I don't like
Examples:
Question: ¿Te gusta concinar." - Do you like to cook?
Responses:
Yo prefiero ver televisión. - I prefer to watch television.
A mí me gusta ver televisión. - I like to watch television.
No me agrada cocinar. - I don't enjoy cooking.
No me gusta cocinar. - I don't like cooking.
