Pronunciation of the letter LL in Spanish
Unlike English, Spanish has a double L letter combination: LL.
In most countries, people will pronounce the LL like the English letter "Y" in the word "yes."
Note: There are regional differences. You might hear some Spanish speakers from.....pronounce the LL closer to a "J" like in the English word "journey." In Argentina, you'll hear people pronounce the LL like the "Sh" in the English word "show."

Yo – verbs will often end in -o - me llamo
Tú - verbs will end with -as - te llamas
Usted, Él, Ella – verbs will often end in -a - se llama

*In Spain, this is used to address a group formally. In the rest of the Spanish speaking countries, it is the normal form.

* In Spain, this is used to address a group of men or women who may be peers.

* Use the pronoun if there can be confusion, to clarify you are talking about women or men. Otherwise, drop it.
