The VICE-CHAIRPERSON shall:
be available to act as Chairperson as the need arises: if the presiding Chairperson wishes to vacate the chair, if the Chairperson is unable to attend an LACC meeting, if the Chairperson resigns.
The Vice-Chairperson also supports the Chairperson by advising and assisting the Chairperson with the above-mentioned Chairperson's duties.
If a Group Rep is elected as Vice-Chairperson, they may remain in their position as Group Rep and can continue to vote unless they are substituting for the Chair.
The Vice-Chairperson shall not be held responsible for the execution of the duties of the other officers. At all times, the Vice Chairperson shall have only one vote. The Vice-Chairperson shall:
update the Guidelines as they are changed by LACC group conscience.
operate the timer during LACC Business meetings.
