The CHAIRPERSON shall:

• communicate with Sub-Committee Chairpersons between LACC meetings

• shall set the agenda for the monthly LACC meetings

• and shall conduct the meetings in accordance with the Twelve Traditions, LACC group conscience, and established parliamentary procedure.

If a Group Rep is elected as Chairperson, they shall resign their position as Group Rep. The Chairperson shall not be held responsible for the execution of the duties of the other officers, or committee chairpersons. The Chair votes only to make or break a tie.
