Pedagogy Course Learning Goals

● Build community and relationships within the pedagogy course and with students in the LA supported class

● Build knowledge about how people learn

● Practice listening and questioning; and eliciting and responding to student ideas.

● Practice monitoring and promoting talk and student discussions in effective group activities

● Reflect on their own learning and LA practices

● Reflect on and develop their views on teaching, learning, and the purpose of education

● Build knowledge and strategies for designing equitable and effective learning contexts that value all students and their current ideas
