DECRETA:
CAPÍTULO I
OBJETO
Artículo 1. Objeto. Este Decreto Ley tiene como objeto crear una entidad del Estado con una estructura eficaz y moderna que le permita desarrollar, promocionar y regular el turismo como una actividad de interés nacional prioritaria, de utilidad pública y de interés social; identificar y proteger los recursos turísticos nacionales, procurando que en su explotación se mantenga el equilibrio ecológico de las áreas en que se localizan y el respeto de las costumbres de sus habitantes, y optimizar la calidad de los servicios turísticos mediante su acreditación de conformidad con los estándares internacionales.
También tiene por objeto desarrollar los principios y las políticas aplicables a los planes maestros de turismo que se adopten y establecer los instrumentos, las estrategias y los mecanismos de promoción, facilitación, concertación y participación de los sectores públicos y privados en la actividad turística, así como las medidas para guiar, orientar y apoyar a los turistas nacionales y extranjeros.

OBJECT
Article 1. Object. This Decree Law aims to create a State entity with an effective and modern structure that allows it to develop, promote and regulate tourism as an activity of priority national interest, of public utility and social interest; identify and protect national tourism resources, ensuring that their exploitation maintains the ecological balance of the areas in which they are located and respect the customs of their inhabitants, and optimize the quality of tourism services through their accreditation in accordance with international standards.
It also aims to develop the principles and policies applicable to the master tourism plans to be adopted and to establish the instruments, strategies and mechanisms for the promotion, facilitation, consultation and participation of the public and private sectors in tourism, as well as measures to guide, guide and support domestic and foreign tourists.
That creates the Tourism Authority of Panama and dictates other provisions

AUTORIDAD DE TURISMO DE PANAMÁ
Artículo 4. Creación. Se crea la Autoridad de Turismo de Panamá, en adelante la Autoridad, como persona jurídica autónoma de Derecho Público, con patrimonio propio, autonomía en su régimen interno e independencia en el ejercicio de sus funciones, sujeta a la política y orientación del Órgano Ejecutivo, por conducto del Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias, y a la fiscalización de la Contraloría General de la República, de acuerdo con lo que estipula la Constitución Política de la República y la ley.

PANAMA TOURISM AUTHORITY
Article 4. Creation. The Panama Tourism Authority is created, hereinafter the Authority, as an autonomous legal person under public law, with its own assets, autonomy in its internal regime and independence in the exercise of its functions, subject to the policy and guidance of the Executive Body, through the Ministry of Trade and Industries, and to the control of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, in accordance with the provisions of the Political Constitution of the Republic and the law.

For this project I used Prompt.One and Collins to translate a legal document from the Gaceta Oficial of Panama. As for me, the two different translations are both very good. The main differnce will be that they may have different grammatical patterns when translating, for example, Prompt.One has "The Panama Tourism Authority is created, hereinafter the Authority, as an autonomous legal person under public law" (S-V-clause-OP), while Collins has "The Tourism Authority of Panama, hereinafter the Authority, is created as an autonomous legal entity of Public Law" (S-clause-V-OP).
