Finish the party before 17:00 (19:00 for June, July and August)
Required condition:
Receive application form from RA and submit it
Explanation of BBQ rules by an RA is to be provided
Get information about how to rent and use items from RA
The organizer or participants must be liable to ISDAK if the rented items are lost or damaged

Grids, aluminum trays, charcoal, ignition tools and materials, trash bag
Other Rules:
Current residents must add up to more than two thirds of the participants (excluding former residents)
Put out fire after usage
Don't make too much noise and abide by common manners
Be sure to clean the borrowed items before returning them to their original location
Cleaning must be checked by an RA; if deemed insufficient, more cleaning or trash separation are to be done
If those drinking alcohol exceed 20 people, receive special permission from Students Services Division of Hitotsubashi University
Separate trash according to Kodaira City rules
How to dispose used charcoal:
Pour water into the iron bucket and put the heated charcoal into it one by one.
Let the charcoal cool for 10 minutes or more, and then discard the water in the hole in the courtyard
