1. Rent Fee
【Withdrawal date】
5th day of each month (next business day if it falls on the weekend or holiday)
※Each year there is no withdrawal in April. April's rent will be withdrawn with the next month's rent.
【First withdrawal】
The first withdrawal for Spring's new residents will take place on【June 6th】.
The first month ~ June's rent will be withdrawn together. Please make sure to prepare sufficient funds.
