Registration of Address

Whether moving from within Japan or from overseas, all students moving into Ikkyo-dormitory must register their address at the city hall within 14 days of moving in.

For international students, your address will be stamped on the back of your residence card as a sign that you have registered your address. Your visa status may be cancelled if it is found that your address has not been registered.

Please complete the procedure for moving out in the City Hall when you move out of Kodaira City.
