Rent Fee Withdrawal

  • Rent fee withdrawal schedule: 5th day of each month.

  • If the 5th day is a holiday, it will be withdrawn on next business day.


※ If the funds are not withdrawn due to a shortage of funds, etc., they will be withdrawn on the next month's withdrawal date, together with the following month.

Utility Bill Withdrawal

  • Utility bill withdrawal schedule: 20th day of every month.

  • If the 20th is a holiday, it will be withdrawn on next business day debit.


※ Utility bills are paid in cash by the Plaza only for the final payment

＜Points to note when filling out a withdrawal application＞

  • Please make sure your signature and seal are the same as when you registered.

  • Please write the same name as the passbook.


※ Kanji, Hiragana, Katakana, and the alphabet are distinguished.


  • Write "゛"of Dakuon or " ゜" of Handakuon as one character.

　　e.g. "ガ" is written separately " カ" and" ゛."

  • If you registered your hanko, make sure the stamp seal is clear, not missing some parts, or not thin ink.


※ If you are uneasy, please bring your Hanko to Plaza.

JP Bank account holder

If you are not a Japanese national, open an account at each central JP Bank office.


What you need for the procedure:

  • Student card

  • Hanko (or signature)
