Needed on Move-in Day

  • 1 Portrait photo (approx. 4cm x 3cm)

  • Bank book and seal (if you have a Japanese bank account)

  • Bedding (Duvet, Sheets, Pillow) *Available nearby

  • Clothes

  • Toiletries (Towel, Shampoo, Soap)

  • Thermometer and Masks

  • Toilet paper (Not required for shared type rooms)

  • Wifi router or LAN cable ※

※Wifi is available in the shared areas (kitchen, living area, and Plaza building). You can access the internet in your room using a LAN cable or wifi router (not included).

Purchase after moving in if necessary

・Dishes, Pots (IH stove compatible)　※

・Laundry detergent

・Curtains

・Clothing hangers

・Bicycle

・Personal electronics (TV, rice cooker etc.)

※Your floor may already have dishes and other necessary items that were purchased to share, or that a previous resident left. You can wait to purchase these if necessary after moving in.

Sending your Luggage to the Dormitory

If you will send your luggage to the dormitory, make sure to have it delivered at a time when you can receive it personally. The resident hall will not receive packages on your behalf.
