ISDAK Easy Recipe
Cooking utensils to prepare:
Pot, cutting board, kitchen knife (cooking scissors are also convenient)
Ingredients to prepare:
Frozen or chilled udon, Noodle soup
Protein food [Meat, eggs, tofu, Fish cake (chikuwa, hanpen, etc.) ]
Vegetables [Green onions, mushrooms, Bean sprouts, frozen spinach etc.]
Procedure:
Cut the ingredients into pieces that are easy to eat.
Put mentsuyu (adjust the taste with water), udon noodles, and prepared ingredients in a pot and simmer over medium heat.
Complete when all ingredients are cooked.
* If you have a cold, add chopped leek or grated ginger.
