Bedding Lease & Linen Supply Service (L&L System)

The L&L system provides bedding to all residents of the dormitory on a six-month or annual basis. We also have a cleaning and replacement system in place to ensure that you have comfortable and hygienic sleeping conditions during your stay in the dormitory. And the best part is, all of this comes at an affordable price.
Benefits of Leasing:
No need to purchase bedding yourself, saving you time and effort.
Simply return the bedding once your rental period is over.
Enjoy freshly washed and replaced comforter covers, sheets, and pillowcases twice a month.
If the bedding deteriorates or gets damaged through normal use, we will replace it at no cost to you.
After one year, if you choose to renew your contract, we will provide you with new bedding to ensure a hygienic sleeping environment. The payment process will be repeated for continued use.
System Components:
1. Down comforter (1) [ 100% feather, 0.4 kg, 200 x 150 cm ]
2. Feather pillow (1) [ 100% feather 43 x 63 cm ]
3. Pillowcase (1) [ 100% cotton 90 x 50 cm ]
4. Sheet (1) [ 100% cotton 300 x 183 cm ]
5. Comfprter cover (1) [ 35% cotton, 65% polyester 205×150cm ]
6. Blanket (1) [ 100% polyester 190×140cm ]
Linen Supply Service:
Sheets, Comforter Cover, and Pillowcase: Cleaned and Replaced Twice a Month
System Fee:
1 set: 12 months ¥16,500- (including consumption tax ¥1,500)
1 set: 6 months ¥10,890- (consumption tax included ¥990)
Note: No refunds will be provided for mid-term cancellations, such as departure from the dormitory.
