Smoking outside of the designated smoking areas

  • Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited on Kodaira International Campus (including inside the buildings and on the balcony), except for the designated smoking areas outside. You will be expelled from the dorm if it is found that you are smoking outside of the designated smoking areas listed on the campus map.

Consumption of alcohol outside the permitted areas and underage drinking

  • On Kodaira International Campus, students who are 20 years old and over may consume alcohol only in their rooms or in the common areas. You will be expelled from the dorm it you are found consuming alcohol in other areas on campus.

  • Students under 20 who are found consuming alcohol will be expelled from the dorm.

Overnight stay of non-residents

  • In single rooms, it is strictly forbidden for non-residents to stay overnight. You will be expelled from the dorm if you are found having non-residents stay in your room.

  • In couple and family rooms, family members of the resident may stay overnight only if the Plaza Office is notified beforehand. You will be expelled from the dorm if you fail to notify the Plaza Office, or if you let non-family members stay over.

Illegal activities

  • Students who are found engaging in illegal activity will be expelled from the dorm.
