Please try to join me at our last class google meet on Wednesday at 10 am. This will be our last chance to see each other online, share some of our favourite memories from the year, and say goodbye. We won't be learning anything new on Wednesday, but I would love it if everyone would have a favourite story or item to share with us.

This week we will be working on addition, so please have some paper, pencil and markers with you.

Check out some of the work our class did last Wednesday when we did a math question based on the book "10 Apples Up on Top".

I was so happy to see 10 of you last Wednesday on our first online class meeting on Google Meet.

We will try it again this Wednesday at 10am. I will post the link in our Facebook group again, and will email it out to anyone who needs it.

This week, I am going to read a story, and then we will be doing a drawing and math question based on the story. Please have paper, pencil and something to color with (you need red and green for sure) ready. I can't wait to see you on Wednesday!

I am so excited! This week we are going to try to have a live class meeting on "Google Meet". Join us Wednesday morning at 10am if you can please. I will post the link in our Facebook group. If you need me to send it to you via messenger I can do that as well (just let me know).

If you are on a computer or laptop, you should just be able to click the link to join (and then I have to admit you). If you are on a phone (and probably an ipad) you will be asked to download a free app.

Once you are in the meeting, if you click the 3 dots on the right side, one of the options is "change layout" - change it to the "tiled" option or sidebar so that you can see all the other participants. (On a phone, you won't have this option).

Instead of a video of me this week, I decided to share a few pictures from our year so you can see your classmates instead.

I am looking for a little feedback now that we are a couple of weeks into online learning. Feel free to comment on our Facebook group or send me a message with your comments.

Did your child watch the videos here? Do you think they enjoyed the video/is it worth my time to make the videos and upload them?

Do you have access to a printer? Are the printable pages being used? Or do you prefer just online activities?

Do you have any suggestions for things that would be helpful that I can post? Or things that are not helpful or just not working?

Would your child be interested in being part of an online meeting with the class? I will probably need a parent's email to make this happen. (Skype or Teams - we are not allowed to use Zoom)
