Next Academic Year: The 2025-2026 academic year starts on Monday, August 25th, 2025 and ends on December 12th, 2025.

Tuition and fee payment by January 31st, 2025: The finance department is verifying tuition payments, please settle all dues and send proof of term 2 payments to (0781111002 or send to finance@discoveryrwanda.org and copy info@discoveryrwanda.org.

Clubs Resuming

Our clubs will resume this Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025. All students will continue with their Term 1 club options unless changes are communicated via http://tools.discoveryrwanda.org

If you would like your child to stay at school on Wednesday and Friday afternoons, kindly share proof of club payment for Term 1 and Term 2 by this Monday, January 20th, 2025 (Payments can be made via Mobile Money 182*8*1*040894)

Primary students who are not picked up by 1:15 pm will continue with their clubs as usual, and parents will be billed accordingly. Make any necessary changes or cancellations through http://tools.discoveryrwanda.org

Arrears/Overdue School Fee/Tuition Payments

Tuition and fee payment by January 31st, 2025: The finance department is verifying tuition payments, please settle all dues and send proof of term 2 payments to (0781111002 or send to finance@discoveryrwanda.org and copy info@discoveryrwanda.org.

If you have arrears or overdue payments, you maybe requested to keep your child at home until the accounts are settled. 

Remember to clear termly fees and any charges related to school fees, sports kits, fieldtrips, photos as well as any exam fees that are due or overdue. Always send proof of payment to the admin line 0781111002.

• Always specify the child(ren's) names on the bank slips or transfer memos

• Make separate transfers or deposits for children, services, and different fees, where possible, always include the children's full names in the email, that you send to the school.

Primary Sports' Day

Primary Sports' Day is scheduled for Friday, February 7th, and Saturday, February 8th, 2025 every child must have the appropriate house uniform with matching plain black shorts. Necessary uniforms can be ordered through http://tools.discoveryrwanda.org . Please talk to your child's teacher if you need any assistance.

Additionally, encourage your child to be prepared both mentally and physically for the event by discussing good sportsmanship and providing necessary support.

Tips for Encouraging Good Sportsmanship

• Praise effort, not just outcome.

• Discuss what makes a "good winner" and "good loser."

• Teach children to congratulate their competitors.

• Emphasize the importance of following the rules.

• Model good sportsmanship yourself.

• Support them with fitness activities at home
