As we have celebrated this special occasion, we wanted to honor the remarkable women who form the very heart and soul of our Discovery community. Our theme for this year is "The Women of Discovery," and it's a fitting tribute to the incredible contributions each of our team members has made—both within our school walls and beyond.

Celebration: 5 High 5s or More
As we celebrated Women's Day in style, we came up with a fun tradition. We challenged our team to seek out five or more women on our campus — colleagues, friends — give them a ‘high 5’, and share with them what you celebrate about their contributions. Whether it's their dedication to teaching, kindness, or resilience. Even our male staff members were part of the celebration.

The dress code for our day was:
Purple, Green, and White
Purple represents justice and dignity, reminding us of the battles fought and won by women throughout history. Green symbolizes hope—the unwavering belief that positive change is possible. And white, stands for purity and the pursuit of equality.
