Here are a few things to keep in mind as we close this year and prepare for another in August 2022. 

Parent-Teacher Meetings (June 2022)

August Confirmations

• Please confirm your child's place for August using the link above, you will see the tab immediately

• Our finance desk will be processing annual resource fees and tuition payments throughout July, new access cards are in production

Annual Family Feedback

Please complete the Discovery Family Feedback Form (at least one parent from each Discovery family is requested to complete the form)

The Discovery Reading Challenge IS ON! Holiday Edition

This holiday we are aiming for Discovery to read for 50,000 minutes! 

All parents and children are required to participate!

What does this mean for your child? 

• They will read;

  • • 8-10 minutes every day

    • Or at least 20 minutes twice a week, at a minimum

    • Or ideally 20 minutes a day, four times a week 

• It counts just as much when adults read to their children

• Every class will have a collective target to work towards

• Send your minute counts to your class WhatsApp group every Friday 

• Post photos and videos as evidence (or book reviews or book summaries as evidence)

• The class with the most minutes per capita will win a Pizza Party and some new books!

• The most consistent students will get Reading Medals/Awards!

• Help our student community to read for 50,000 minutes!
