Steps

  1. Go to Google Drive

  2. + New, then More, then Google Site

  3. Title your Site in 2 places at the top like "Rex W. DMA" - use your first name in the title

  4. Add a title on the page that's something like "About Me"

  5. Add some of _your own_ photographs and pictures to the page.

    • You can take new or old photos on your phone and email them to your es-cat.org account,
      and add them to Drive from there.

    • Sites can get the photos from your Drive, or upload from your computer.

  6. Add some sentences and phrases to the page that share about you as a person and different kinds of art you like.

    • Computer games are art. Music is art. TV is art. TikTok is art. Photography is art.

  7. You can play with Themes, but you don't have to change your theme. You can also just change the fonts and colors for your Theme.

  8. When done, push the Publish button, review the settings, and publish.

  9. Then click the chain-link button, Copy the link for your page, and paste it into Google Classroom to "turn in" your About Me.

Grading

  • 4/A = Do all the steps, many fun descriptions, 2 or more images (your own work)

  • 3/B = Do all the steps, some decent descriptions, 1 image (your own)

  • 2/C = Do all the steps, basic descriptions, 1 image (your own)

  • You can make sites for many careers! Also, in many classes, to organize and share information and stories.
