Steps
Using Illustrator or Vectr or Gravit Designer, create a Brand Logo for all your Print products
Shows your Identity, looks good scaled to different sizes
In Photopea or Photoshop, open the Letter, Envelope, and Postit templates
Copy the logo into each one; scale it to the size you want and place it
Add an address to the Letter and Envelope templates
make sure fonts go together, don't use more than 2 fonts
adjust sizes and use appropriate effects
Can use the school address: City Arts & Tech High School, 325 LaGrande Ave., San Francisco, CA 94112
The Postit doesn't need an address, just the logo is fine
Fit content inside the guidelines box, don't go over the margins
Save the PSD file for each with the word Letter or Envelope or Postit in the name
Layer menu, Flatten the image, then File menu, Export menu, Export As... and use the PNG format
On Google Sites, under Pages, create a new page called Stationery.
Use Insert Image or a layout to place your Letter, Envelope, and Postit images on your page.
Make sure you uncrop each image
