Download the App
Find the ProviderSoft app in your deviceās app store. Look for this icon:

Login Credentials
Organization ID: CIS
Username: Same as your website login (your email address)
Password: Same as your website login
Set Pin: Choose a 4-digit number for easy login
Current: Displays children currently on your caseload
Not Current: Shows past clients and children with previous IFSP dates
Tap the blue + button in the bottom right corner to start a new note.
Complete all required text fieldsāblank fields will prevent submission.
Use the Next button at the bottom or the three-dot menu in the top right to move between sections.
Signatures:
Double-tap the signature box to activate it.
Both caregiver and provider must sign before submission.
š Once a signature is saved, date/time cannot be changed. To edit, delete and re-collect signatures.
Saving Progress:
Notes automatically save as drafts if you exit before completion.
Submitting Notes:
After the signature page, select Submit.
Return to the childās profile under Current, tap the 3 dots, download the PDF, and send it to the family via email/text if requested.
Billing Reminder:
All session notes must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Sundays to be eligible for payroll. Admins cannot view pending notes.

Offline Use: The app works without Wi-Fi, but if stuggling to submit, you will need to connect to the family's Wi-Fi
Pre-Populated Fields: Carryover info will auto-fillāplease delete it once youāve reported the familyās update in the āChild and family outcomes updateā¦ā box.
Canāt advance screen or see NEXT? Tap the white space around the field or use the 3-dot menu.
Need to edit after signing? Delete both signatures to make changes.
Voice-to-Text: You can dictate notes via your phoneās voice text feature.
**The note will be a PDF and you can only edit it with a PDF writer or print, make a correction and re-upload it on the desktop EMR using the submitting a paper session note directions.
Use the app as usual.
At the top of the note, write:
"This is the last session."
At the bottom, in the āDate/Time of Next Sessionā field, write the actual date of the final session.
If you uninstall, you may lose unsynced data. Instead:

Confirming Your Mobile Device's ProviderSoft App VersionIn order to aid in Mobile App troubleshooting, you may be asked to share your Mobile Device's ProviderSoft App Version. Below are step by step instructions for how to accomplish this on both iPhone and Android Devices.
iPhone
Unlock your iPhone and go to the Home Screen.
Locate the ProviderSoft app.
Press and hold the ProviderSoft app icon until it starts to jiggle and a small menu appears.
Tap on the "Info" or "App Info" option that appears within the menu. This will open the ProviderSoft app information screen.
Scroll down until you see the "Version" or "App Version" option. The number next to it represents the version of the ProviderSoft app you are currently using.
If you would like to compare the ProviderSoft App version with the latest available version, you can navigate to the App Store and search for the ProviderSoft App. Then, check the version number listed under the ProviderSoft app name.
Android
Unlock your Android device and go to the Home Screen.
From the Home Screen, locate and tap the "Settings" (Gear) icon.
In the Settings menu, scroll down until you find "Apps" or "Application Manager", and tap on it.
You should now see a list of all the Apps installed on your device. Locate the ProviderSoft App and tap on it.
On the ProviderSoft App's information page, you should see the name of the app, its version, the storage space it's taking up on your device, and other details about the app.
Look for the "Version" or "App version" field, which will display the current version of the ProviderSoft app that is installed on your device.
š Log Out and Refresh
Log out of the app and log back in
Go to ā° Menu > Assignments, pull down to refresh
Go to ā° Menu > My Notes, pull down to refresh
Leave app open for at least 5 minutes to sync data
šø Child not listed in app?
Log out and log back in.
šø Canāt post a note?
Ensure you have a Wi-Fi or data connection.
Check if the note is āQueued for Submissionā:
Go to Assignments ā Tap the session ā Tap Notes
If itās queued, keep your device connected to the internet
If it's stuck, take a screenshot and notify the CIS admin to submit a support ticket.

Edits must be made with a PDF editor or by asking CIS Admin for assistance
