All of your clients should be listed here. Please review this section to ensure that your caseload information is correct and current (you can click the hyperlink for each child's name). Please contact Ann if:
-You treat in a daycare. That information can be recorded on the child's account.
-If you need family language information to be updated from English to Spanish.
-If any demographic information is missing or incorrect.
-If the Service Coordinator information is missing or incorrect.

Here are written instructions on how to view current/ongoing children:
Click on the My Cases screen and view your current caseload on the bottom. You may also use the filter in the system to select:
A specific date range
Active vs. Discharged children
Child’s name
When filtering the system to search for one of the specific elements noted above, be sure to click “Search”.

To view Progress reports you will click on the Green Icon on the bottom right of My Cases page:
Note that the reports that are due are only reflective of the current IFSP year from the beginning of the IFSP to the current annual date, or from annual to annual. Due dates appear 2 weeks prior to the actual date the report must be submitted, giving you time to complete it by the due date. Administration will log the date received, date forwarded and original received. You will receive a flag in the system if you have a progress report due within the next 2 weeks.
How to view and add Goals:
This is the request for now with existing cases, but Ann will add goals for new cases.
To view a goal simply click the blue checkmark.
How to access a Child's Documents:
To access your child’s documents you want to:
Click on the paperclip icon at the far right
You can now view all of the documents associated with the child’s chart, including other CIS disciplines that may share the caseload with you.
This screen will allow you to:
View all of the child’s documents
Sort documents by
Date
Provider
Description
You have access to a "Notes" section for each child. You should record all events, for example:
When the referral was received
When you reached out to the family
When initial paperwork was provided to Administration
If you have difficulty communicating with the family
Discussions with the SC
Communication with team members

Please note that your BSU #s are in a field on the Child Contacts page (on the right-hand side above the Contacts section). You will need to manually enter the BSU number on each session note--overriding the Program ID # that will populate the form.
