Chase Travel allows users to book flights, hotels, rental cars, and vacation packages while earning or redeeming reward points.
If the Chase Travel site isn’t loading because of cache issues, here’s how you can clear them depending on your browser:
Google Chrome
Click the three dots (top right).
Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data.
Select Cached images and files (you can leave cookies unchecked if you don’t want to log out of sites).
Click Clear data.
Firefox
Open the menu (three lines, top right).
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
Click Clear Data and select Cached Web Content.
Safari (Mac)
In the menu bar, click Safari → Preferences → Advanced.
Enable Show Develop menu in menu bar.
From the Develop menu, select Empty Caches.
Microsoft Edge
Click the three dots (top right).
Go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services.
Under Clear browsing data, choose Cached images and files.
Click Clear now.
After clearing cache, restart your browser and try logging back into Chase Travel.
If issues persist, try using a different browser (Safari, Edge, or Firefox) — many users report Chase Travel works better outside Chrome.
For mobile app issues, Android users can clear app cache directly in Settings → Apps → Chase → Storage → Clear Cache. iPhone users may need to delete and reinstall the app since iOS doesn’t allow per‑app cache clearing.
👉 In short: Clear your browser cache, restart, and if Chase Travel still won’t load, switch browsers or reinstall the app on mobile.
