Step‑by‑Step Access

Log in to Chase.com  

1. Sign in with your Chase username and password.

Select your Ultimate Rewards card  

2. Choose a card that earns Ultimate Rewards® points (e.g., Sapphire Preferred, Sapphire Reserve, Ink Business Preferred).

Open the Ultimate Rewards dashboard  

3. Click on “Redeem” or “Go to Ultimate Rewards.”

Enter the Travel portal
