Ingredients:
For the Vegetables:
2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
For the Meats:
1 chicken breast, sliced
1 beef steak, sliced
1 pork chop, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
Instructions:
Prepare the Vegetables:
In a large bowl, toss the mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the vegetables. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook the Meats:
Season the chicken, beef, and pork with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and heat over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken slices for about 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
Cook the beef slices for about 3-4 minutes for medium rare, or longer if desired. Remove and keep warm.
Finally, cook the pork chop slices for about 4-5 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and keep warm.
Make the Sauce:
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced ginger, and garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Gradually stir in the cornstarch mixture until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Plate:
On a large serving platter, arrange the sautéed vegetables in the center. Place the different types of meat around the vegetables.
Drizzle the sauce over the meat and vegetables, or serve it on the side for dipping. Enjoy this hearty and colorful meal!
