Ingredients:

Instructions:
Prepare the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
Assemble the Salad:
In a large salad bowl or platter, layer the chopped romaine lettuce as the base.
Arrange the diced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, crumbled bacon, sliced hard-boiled eggs, and red onion on top of the lettuce in separate sections for a colorful presentation.
