Beef Teriyaki Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz (225 g) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
6 oz (170 g) noodles (e.g., udon, soba, or egg noodles)
1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Add the sliced beef and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
Cook the Noodles:
While the beef is marinating, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Beef:
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add a little more oil if necessary, and toss in the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
Combine and Serve:
Return the cooked beef to the skillet along with the cooked noodles. Toss everything together to combine, ensuring the noodles and beef are coated in the sauce and heated through.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
