This section presents the Educational Information Campaign (EIC) materials developed and used by the Department of the Interior and Local Government Zambales. These materials are designed to inform and educate the public on important government programs, policies, and community initiatives. Through posters, flyers, and presentations, the campaign promotes awareness and encourages active participation from local communities. The EIC materials also support transparency and strengthen communication between the government and the public. Overall, these efforts highlight the commitment of the Department of the Interior and Local Government Zambales in delivering timely and relevant information to its stakeholders.

The guidelines outlined in the said memorandum include the following:
• Maintain a temperature of 24°C in air-conditioned rooms, activate sleep settings on all office equipment, and turn off lights and electronic devices during lunch breaks and after office hours;
• Conduct virtual meetings as the primary means of coordination among agencies, consultations, conferences, and other similar activities;
• All agencies shall limit official travel to essential and indispensable functions only;
• All agencies are directed to strengthen measures in the use of vehicles to reduce fuel consumption and improve the fuel-economy performance of government vehicles;
• Agencies are instructed to reduce the use of elevators by encouraging personnel to use the stairs when going up or down one floor;
• Implement Flexible Work Arrangements to further reduce energy consumption in buildings and fuel use in transportation, with agencies adopting four (4) days onsite work; and
• All agencies and instrumentalities of the National Government, including Government-Owned or -Controlled Corporations (GOCCs), must reduce their actual electricity and fuel consumption by 10% to 20%.
