Full Disclosure Policy
Program Overview
The Full Disclosure Policy (FDP) is a transparency and accountability mechanism of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) that requires all Local Government Units (LGUs) to publicly disclose key financial documents and transactions.
Through the FDP, citizens are given access to important information on how local governments generate, allocate, and utilize public funds, thereby strengthening good governance, participatory development, and public trust.
The policy promotes transparency by ensuring that financial documents are made available to the public through conspicuous places in the LGU and through the FDP Portal.
