From February 24, 202 - March 6, 2025, the DILG Zambales Provincial Office conducts 2025 PERFORM Zambales in ALL LGUs of Zambales, a follow-through initiative to assess the LGU's progress since the last interfacing in 2023. This activity aims to support the local government in continuously improving its governance, programs, projects, and services.
Present during the activity are the key local officials, department heads and staff, representative from national government agencies (NGAs) and civil society organization (CSO).
The activity served as a venue as a follow-up initiative aimed at assessing LGUs' progress over the past two years. It also provides an opportunity to track improvements, reassess compliance with evolving audit criteria, and identify challenges and opportunities in various DILG audits such as Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG), Peace and Order Council (POC) Audit, Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Audit, Local Committees on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and Children (LCAT-VAWC), Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC), as well as the implementation of Locally-Funded Projects (LFPs).
Through this endeavor, DILG Zambales reaffirms its commitment to guiding LGUs in enhancing governance and service delivery for the benefit of their communities.
