The LCPC Functionality Assessment is a formal evaluation conducted to determine the level of functionality and effectiveness of the Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) in an LGU.
It measures whether the LCPC is properly organized, actively performing its mandated roles, and effectively implementing programs for the protection and welfare of children.
