The Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentive Awards (LTIA) is an annual DILG-led program in the Philippines that recognizes outstanding barangay justice councils (Lupons) for excellence in mediating disputes. Established in 1997, it incentivizes effective, efficient, and creative community-level conflict resolution to reduce court congestion.

Assessment Criteria (100 Points): Evaluated based on three main criteria:
Efficiency in Operations: Proper records, timely scheduling, and procedural compliance.
Effectiveness in KP Objectives: High rate of settled cases and minimal cases reaching the courts.
Creativity and Resourcefulness: Innovative approaches to mediation and dispute resolution.
Categories: Awards are typically divided by municipality/city classification to ensure fair competition.
Rewards: Outstanding Lupons receive national recognition, including plaques, trophies, and cash prizes to fund local projects.
