Everybody loves the ease and usage of MyDisneyExperience on their smart devices, and now with the 50th anniversary guests will find even more reasons to love it!

Attraction Highlights

Upon opening the app during the 50th anniversary an opening day attraction greets guests along with fun facts about the attraction, the wait time for it, and the possibility to book a Fastpass reservation (if the attraction offers the service).

Disney MagicMobile

Guests can now use their smart devices, that have built in NFC technology, as their park ticket, room key and Fastpass! On the app guests can choose out a variety of digital tickets to add to their digital wallets, and from there all guests need to do is hover their smart device above the sensor for it to work! Special 50th anniversary digital ticket designs will be introduced that incorporate Disney Park characters like Big Al, Jose, The Hitchhiking Ghosts, Orange Bird, Figment, The Yeti, and many many more!

Disney Genie

You ain’t never had a friend like this! This new service will ask various questions about the guests interests, wants, and desires to procure guests with a quick and simple itinerary for the day! Possible itineraries will include a royal, princess-themed day at Magic Kingdom Park to a trip around the world at Epcot for foodies and even a perfect day for thrill seekers. Disney Genie will be able to book fastpasses, dining and even a hotel reservation all centered around the things that interest the guest! Don't worry about sticking to close to the plan, Disney Genie can re-optimize any itinerary in an instant no matter the situation!

In addition to planning Disney Genie will be able to send notifications to a guest's smart device to remind them of showtimes, fastpass times, dining reservation times, a below average wait time, tasty snacks nearby, or even when their favorite characters appear for a meet and greet!
