Park Icons
As seen throughout this site the park icons at Walt Disney World resort will receive nighttime EARidescent overlays in which they will glow in brilliant blues, purples and silvers. This will be achieved by projections and lighting effects used on the icons at night. In addition to these lighting effects, Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom will receive golden ribbons on its spire with some slight EARidescent touches and EARidescent bunting and ribbons that wrap around the castle walls and turrets making this a true celebration!
This EARidescent overlay was even carried out at Walt Disney World's newest park, Inventus. Inventus's park icon, Mt. Olympus is completely covered from spire to spire with EARidescent tones that will even make the gods giddy for celebration.

EARidescent Costumes
Cast Members
The EARidescence doesn't end with the park icons, cast members who have been with Walt Disney World since opening day are awarded special EARidescent cast member nametags along with a special 50th anniversary pin for their nametag. If you spot one of these cast members feel free to chat them up they may give out some Disney knowledge that you didn't even know about!
Character Costumes
Iconic Disney characters will be receiving new EARidescent outfits much like what Mickey and Minnie are wearing in the photo above. Below is a list of the characters with an EARidescent outfit, and where they appear donning that outfit.
