Colorworks

After exiting the Imagination dark ride, guests will enter another rainbow tunnel that leads to Figment's home: The Color Works. The color works has two sections: the first being inside of Figment's house, with exhibits based on different rooms and his backyard which uses colored felt flooring and a mural of the bright blue sky to bring the outside in. Both areas host many different interactive exhibits that guests of all ages will love.

Figment's House Exhibits

Magic Music Maker

In Figment's living room are two screens that each have projections of cartoony instruments. The first screen has a traditional band layout of drums, guitar, bass, and electric keyboard. The second has an orchestra layout of trumpets, cello, and violins. Guests waving their arms in front of these screens will cause the instruments to be brought to life and preform for them!

Paint Mania

Guests are invited to use the magic paintbrushes to color up Figment's art room, which is full of Figment versions of famous paintings and small dangling figures of Leonardo Da Vinci's flying machines. The technology used is the same as Goofy's Paint and Play house in Tokyo Disneyland, letting guests paint a large elaborate set with projection technology.

Figment's Movie Maker

Figment has a small area in his house where guests can star in a movie! Guests are lead by a cast member in a room where they can act out scenes in front of a green screen. With Figment's direction, guests can be stars in their very own fantasy, sci fi, or superhero movie. Guests waiting their turn can watch on small TVs outside the room. After finishing the movie, guests are given a special ticket that they can give to the gift shop to get a digital copy of their movie, if the guests have Photopass they can get their movie automatically as part of the deal.

Figment's Backyard Attractions

Stepping Tones

In a small stream of water is the Stepping Tones, large colorful rocks that make musical noises when stepped on. Don't be afraid of missing one of these rocks, the stream is just colored felt! Each rock makes a different sound, try making a song out of them!

S.S. Imagination

In a "lake" (also just made out of colored felt) nearby the Stepping Tones is Figment's ship: the S.S. Imagination. Come inside to pull the whistle, steer the ship, or look through one of the windows to see the open sea!

Figment's Treehouse

Climb up a treehouse to go across a monkey bar, slide down the small and large slides, or go across the bridge to get to the swings. Figment's treehouse also has AR binoculars to see far off into the distance. If guests are lucky they may even see a unicorn, Figment, or a Dreamcatcher flying by.

For those wondering what happens to the old upstairs area that was once home to the original Imageworks, there's no need to worry! The area becomes Dreamer's Lookout, a nice relaxing place with picnic tables and a few real binoculars to oversee Epcot. Guests may even be able to meet Figment with Professor Pigment, Dreamfinder, or by himself during certain hours of the day.
