Cestus, spikes, and claw weapons can also be forged at a forge with the first smithing perk and basic materials. These can be enchanted and still benefit from unarmed perks. They also have slightly more reach.

The weapons are actually invisible due to a few factors, HOWEVER, once you have a cestus, claw, or spike in your inventory, you can craft "armor" at a forge for free that will give your weapon the proper visuals. The "armor" goes over your gauntlets and this is a little hack to make it look like you're actually equipping the weapon in both hands.
The longer the weapon looks, the longer reach it has as well.
